​Dillingham Apartments will be a lasting supportive housing neighborhood with 30 rental models, furnishing wraparound assist companies for lower-revenue persons struggling with psychological health issues and/or compound abuse challenges.

Financially, Dillingham Flats is supported by the National Housing Trust Fund and the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. Moreover, Grieb stated she opted to put $160,000 of the county’s American Rescue System Act (ARPA) cash towards rental help for the project.

“This is a joint energy,” González said. “Working with each other in unity is how we’re gonna get issues done.”
